Holiday Inn Express & Suites Warrensburg North by IHG

I've had much better breakfast at other hotels. The omelettes were terrible , the cinnamon rolls were hard around the outside. Get rid of the pancake machine and do waffles. I didn't always get replacements for the towels and wash cloths that were used. One tim no wash cloths.

A very nice peaceful stay. We didn’t check in until after 2;00 am so was allowed an extra hour to rest.

Overall the stay was okay. A little highway noise. The room had not been swept based on the dead spider and hair on the floor.

Quick overnight for UCM freshman orientation. Hotel and staff were fantastic! Will be staying again

We only stayed one night, so I can't comment on the mid-stay housekeeping, but our room was spotless when we arrived. We did have an issue with the deadbolt not working. The front desk agent was apologetic, but was unable to move us to another room because they were sold out (not her fault). The A/C had to be turned down to arctic temperatures to keep up with the humidity, so perhaps a dehumidifier in each room is called for.

The breakfast was good. Biscuits were a little hard. But overall the breakfast was good. Location was perfect for our visit.

We stayed 2 days. Both days we had to ask for trash bags to empty our trash. We also had to ask for clean towels because no one cleaned our room. The king size bed sounded like it was going to collapse when we got into bed. Pillows were not comfortable, they should have provided one that was firm so your head wouldn’t be swallowed up by the pillow when you laid down.

Great front desk staff. Good breakfast choices and comfortable beds.

The housekeeping wasn't thorough in cleaning rooms or replacing bathroom towels, etc.
