"it was not what I expected I think it is overpriced."

The venue is located on the main road. it is easy to find. The reception area is well presented. The TV has more channels then in other places I have visited. They also provide WIFI to guests.

On Saturday we had bad experience juice was finished. Person in the kitchen counter didn't want to add juice I had to request her to go and buy juice at the supermarket. She finally went somewhere and brought it. Aircon was faulty, bathroom had water lick, curtains had mould and location has no view

the bed was comfortable and room was easily accessible

the amenities didn't accommodate diabetic guests, there was no canderell sugar and you expect a 4 star to have that sugar, since there are showers in the rooms , they must provide shower cares for the guests, no hand towel. Maintenance is low, there was no toilet seat in our room. At the restaurant the service is very slow, they need to appoint a kitchen manager to improve the service
