Una estancia de maravilla,todo muy acojedor,la señora Giusefina es encantadora,amable y simpática. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

La hôte est d’une gentille incroyable. Très accueillante et bienveillante Logement super bien placé à deux pas de la gare Centrale de Spezia. Très belle décoration et très propre À réserver les yeux fermés

Un petit peu bruyant compte tenu de la proximité avec la station de train et une route principale mais avec des bouchons d’oreille (fournis par la hôte), ce n’est pas vraiment un problème!

Host was so welcoming,kind and friendly.Close access to train station.Our room was clean and everything was provided,iron and hairdryer.Lovely balcony to sit out on and take in the view.Breakfast was amazing,warm crossaints with homemade foccaccia.We were made feel so welcome by the host she was such a lovely lady.Highly recommend great base for travelling the Cinque Terre area and Portifino.Excellent value for the lovely experience and great memories we had.

Giuseppina is an amazing host. She went above and beyond, making sure our needs were met, a delicious breakfast on the balcony of our room, water and limoncello in the fridge upon arrival in the adorably decorated room. She was like a fun and caring aunt. The location of her Casa near the train station was convenient for accessing the Cinque Terre trains for sightseeing. This stay was terrific, thanks to Giuseppina.

No complaints about our stay. But a travel tip: Buy your Cinque Terre train pass in advance to avoid a long lineup at the La Spezia train station. Also, specify that you want the pass that allows you to walk between towns. I thought that is what we got, but found out it was for train and hiking trails only so we missed out on walking between the towns - they have people at entry points who check your pass.

Perfect location, close to train station and centro storico. Clean, comfortable, with 2 bottles of water in fridge and homemade limoncello. Lovely Italian breakfast on balcony. But what made my stay extra special was the warmth, kindness and generosity of Giuseppina. What a beautiful host! She made me feel like family, loaned me a beach towel and umbrella, and even gave me a gift! Memorable stay. Grazie mille Guiseppina!

Location. Easy walk to train station. Supermarket just around the corner. Easy stroll to shops and restaurants. Lovely balcony off room Fabulous hostess.

Bit noisy at night with doors open but had double glazing so not bad when closed.

Our stay at Giuseppina’s charming B&B in La Spezia was nothing short of delightful, it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like staying at a hotel and more like visiting a beloved relative. Giuseppina was incredibly attentive, treating us to beautifully presented breakfasts served on our private balcony each morning, and even surprised us with thoughtful summer bracelets as gifts! The atmosphere was cosy, welcoming, and full of personal touches that made our stay unforgettable. Everything was simply perfect, we can’t recommend it enough!

Amazing welcoming host, just lovely!! Great location to the station as well. Very spacious room and bathroom with a lovely balcony which we had breakfast on both mornings.
