Super location, modern, clean apartment. Tram 28 is 50m far, supermarket 100m (everyday open) super seafood restaurant 150m (a Penalva da Graca) super place to chill and discover the city.

The stairway can be noisy because of the weak door.

Nice apartments in a quiet area, nearby there are shops with everything you need. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and products for them. I liked the spacious shower room, there is also a bidet. A large closet can accommodate all your clothes, there is an iron and board. Multi-level light, it is convenient to turn on a dim small lamp in the evening. And many windows create space. Nice sitting area with sofa. Modern new building. Taxis are easy to find and arrive. In general, everything corresponds to the photo.

The elevator does not work, and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. The door lock to the courtyard opens with great difficulty, it took a lot of time. There may be mosquitoes at night. The towel rail didn’t work. There weren’t enough hand towel in the bathroom. It would be nice to have a full-length mirror. And small deep plates. For 9 days they left us 1 garbage bag. Just a couple of large mugs and they were different and worn out, as if they were unnecessary and were brought here. Framed, crumpled posters. Overall clean, but still feels like it needs more deep cleaning. The fabric chairs or cookware do not look fresh. Everything is nice, but little things spoil the impression.
