The room was too cold, only possible to change the room temp 3degrees up/down. Room service wasn’t available all day, and the Bar was closed that day…

Enjoyed a 2 night stay at the hotel in early December. The hotel is in a historic building, but is remodeled with modern amenities. Reception was smooth after an international flight, and the room was beautiful! We enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant with lots of excellent choices and cocktails in the award winning bar, Pier 82, which lived up to the awards it has received. The hotel is downtown and steps from the train station. This is a fabulous hotel if you’re in Oslo!

Fantastic, friendly and helpful service on arrival. Very comfortable reception and waiting area. Excellent location - close to lots of places to eat and shop. The Christmas Markets were very close by and well worth visiting. The room was beautifully styled, the bed was comfortable (not having twin beds was possibly the only downfall). The bathroom was large, clean and well-designed. The breakfast was amazing - buffet and à la carte (omelette was delicious), huge choice of pastries, hot food, breads, cereals etc. Had a wide selection of gluten-free choices including pastries, breads, cookies. Would highly recommend!
