Econo Lodge White Pine Morristown I-81 & I-40 Split

Receptionist not very helpful or welcoming. Breakfast only coffee and bread and flys arround

Lobby is newly remodeled and looked nice. The employee was friendly at check-in. Room was not the cleanest. The ledges in the bathroom were all very dirty. The switch for the bathroom fan had been punched into the outlet and it did not function. The sink drained slow because there were very visible foreign objects in it. The comforter cover had multiple cigarette burns in it. The main room light did not turn on because there was no light bulb in it making the room a bit dark.

Here for work ,lots of bugs . Could be fresher and smell better . Sheets were clean but bugs of all sorts . Outside could be cleaner .

Everything was fine, except toilet seat wasn’t secure and air conditioner made a huge water puddle. Staff was friendly.

The location is very convenient for us as we are traveling on Highway 81.

Housekeeping would not leave us towels and did not take out our trash. We had to go every day to get towels. They would take dirty towels and that was it.

Impossible to get any sleep. It sounded like a bowling alley was over my head, and there was a bell that rang sporadically all night and day. I later found out it was for the office, but I doubt if it was any louder there than in my room. The television didn't work, nothing but static. The "free breakfast" did not include coffee and the coffee maker in my room didn't work. I had to drive across the street to a gas station just to get a cup of coffee. Just out of curiosity, I checked to see if they had made any coffee, and they were still "making" it. I don't think they had any intention of making any coffee. For $80+ dollars, I would expect more.

Need to put a book of restraunt places

Reasonably clean, but not perfect. Basic accommidations, nothing more. It's an EconoLodge.
