I made the reservation on line pay with my credit card and hotel did not allow my wife to check in I try to pay with my credit card again and they only want cash My wife sleep in her car

My experience - the internet was down at time of check in so that it took 45 minutes to check in. My experience - I was told the area around the hotel was unsafe. My experience - No hot water for shower. Typical for colombian hotels.

I was surprised by the level of dedication of the staff. Father and son from Venezuela.The room was just like in the pictures, nothing more, nothing less. There was hot water and air conditioner ncluded. Incredible conversation with the staff The bar even had 4 different pilsner beer, which was very pleasant. In the morning I was greeted with coffee and breakfast consistent of eggs with several styles to chose from. All in all, excellent value.without being at all fancy.

Location, location, location. I arrived at night , left early and did not explore the surroundings but, I did not see shops or other business catering to tourists.

Not located in a good area.
