Chuveiro quente, ar condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, piso bom, tv funcionando bem apensar de não ter canais locais por falta de uma antena.

pátio desorganizado, falta de manutenção externa inclusive em recepção a qual nos deu uma impressão ruim de abandono.

The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Good location. There was filtered water.

I am giving a bad review because of the management at the central office regarding my refund there was a lot of miscommunication and denial and lie about who said what. I stayed one night and luckily was alone in the room but I cannot imagine when the room is full or even half full with people’s bags there must be zero space. There was mould smell in the room and the pillow was mouldy. Loads of mosquitoes. Bad sound proofing.
