Sheraton Oceanfront Hotel

Bathroom could be bigger. Elevators are extremely slow with only 1 working. Lots of fees unexplained when checking in. View beautiful

First room had mold in it. I was relocated however that one was dirty. Looked like dried up blood on the door to the bath room, the tub was dirty and rusted.

I like the front desk staff, they were very helpful when i did not like my room. I did not like the attitude of the resturant greeter who gave an attitude when asked about coffee. I did not like that there was no shower mat in the bathroom on the first night. I did not like that there was a dried blood stain on the pillow case. Also the elevators are too small.

I stayed here for a couple nights as a mini "girl's trip," with my best friend. I usually don't stay at hotels that are less than 4.5 stars, but this hotel was oceanfront & my gut told me to just go with it. I wasn't disappointed at all! The room was clean and I slept pretty decently. The only complaint I really have is that housekeeping knocked on our door 2 hours earlier than checkout (while I was still asleep) to come clean the room on the day we were supposed to depart as if we had already checked out. The restaurant bites were convenient and really yummy. I had seen numerous reviews about the staff not being pleasant, but I didn't have any issue with that during my stay. The staff I encountered were always pleasant, especially the bartender. He was really nice! I would definitely stay here again!

The property was very walkable to restaurants, stores the board walk and beach. The staff was very friendly and the excellent customer service. My room was okay. The bed was very comfortable, but the bathroom needs better ventilation and the soap dish was cracked, the toilet paper holder was lose, so the toilet paper wouldn’t stay on it and I couldn’t not open the safe my entire stay, which I couldn’t lock up my purse to go swimming. Overall, I would rate my stay a 3.5.
