Room was renovated

Could be cleaner. Part of the motel is under renovation.

It was clean and had plenty of room. The supplies in the room were good quality. It was close to ulladulla and quiet considering how close it is to the highway. The linen and towels were lovely and bed was comfortable though because it was on castors the bed moves when you sit on it. The local service station has fish, chips and pizza available and within walking distance. It was surprisingly good food , we didn’t have pizza but the fried food was perfectly cooked.

It’s not a dislike but we never saw any staff. The property is obviously in the midst of renovation. The bbq area & pool were unusable, the grounds unkempt but as we only needed a bed to sleep in we weren’t worried.

There are no staff and the codes to the room don't make you feel secure. We were in room 19 and our code was 2019# ... our friendly neighbours were in room 20 and their code was 2020#.

The place looked abandoned with a ver different look to the pictures on booking dot come. Office unattended rooms tired and run down i stayed one night and left

The accommodation was very clean & the customer service was professional & polite.
