Clean and convenient

Heater didnt work. No extra blanket. Shower has mould.

Cleanliness of the room, bed was good as were the pillows, ample coffee tea and milk, towels, soap and toiletries, bathroom generally good with strong shower, good lighting throughout, plenty of toilet paper

A small shelf would help in the shower plus a box of tissues in the room, instead of the coffee table a small square or round table in the corner with at least one chair would be good, an extra blanket as the one provided was too thin, some detergent if you want the dishes washed and a hook in the bathroom for one of the towels

Location was okay - I was driving from Victoria to Queensland so it was a good distance to stop.

I was left with a nasty surprise in the bathroom, a dirty hand towel with a mysterious substance on it. I have added the photo. Images on listing are inaccurate - looks nothing like it and is under renovation which wasn’t listed anywhere. The PIN code door handle seems smart but are the codes being changed since my code was my room number..? The heater wasn’t working at all and no wifi like stated on listing. Zero staff working on site and never had a response when I came across the dirty towel issue - I didn’t stay here as it made the rest of the room feel yuk and they refused a refund. A few other minor issues but that felt big after being grossed out. On a positive note, the upgrades to the room were nice and modern.

The cost and the ac worked well.

You pay for what you get. It is currently being rennovated and looks nothing like the pictures. It actually looks abandoned at arrival. We were in one of the reno'd rooms thankfully. It was clean but side cabinets were dusty, fridge leaking at arrival. Odd cutlery. Knocking sound/maybe pipes throughout the whole night.

The room was adequate for my overnight stay. The bed was comfortable and the room fairly spacious. Enjoyed the hot shower. Electronic locks on the doors much easier than dealing with keys.

There was no extra blanket or quilt for the bed as I don't like sleeping with the air-con on. I think having a choice between a thick and thin pillow is a good idea. The bathroom floor gets wet as the shower screen door does not seal very well at the floor.
