A must stay hotel while in Zacatecas due to its history. It’s walking distance to historic downtown. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and were very helpful with advice on places to go and things to do.

Property is beautiful, and well located.

The bath tub saw better times; it had dark /calcium stains.; we didn’t receive the usual courtesy in the evening, on our past stays had evening maid coming to arrange our beds, leaving chocolate and a different book mark every night, we missed that.

The hotel was beautiful with great views. What made it even better was the staff. They were all extremely helpful and always greeted us as we entered and left the hotel.
