Quinta Real Zacatecas

Everything eas great. Few maintenance issues...coffee machine didnt work, curtains in living room need to be re-hung. Sliding glass door was left unlocked. We stayed in room 105. We will definitely be back!

Friendly staff

Beautiful historic hotel, we were just in awe. Staff has superb customer service, polite and so helpful. There are very minimal outlets in the rooms and some didn’t work.

Our recent stay was quite average overall. Upon arrival, the experience was somewhat disappointing compared to our previous visit, where we were warmly welcomed with drinks. This time, with a larger group, there was a noticeable lack of communication—we were not briefed about the complimentary food and drinks included in our package, which felt unorganized. The rooms, while spacious, are in need of a major update to meet modern standards. The bar service was particularly slow; during the first night, with the bar nearly empty, it still took a long time to get drinks. The following day, service worsened—the staff failed to check in with us regularly, and we had to place our order directly at the main bar. Our waiter only came over once, which was inconvenient. Fortunately, we were there mainly to enjoy conversation and drinks, but the poor customer service left something to be desired. Overall, improvements in staff responsiveness and room updates would significantly enhance the experience.
