Que te piden deposito nuevamente si vas a continuar con la habitacion. o a agregar una noche mas y no incluye desayunos.

Room service, although they didn't provide water bottles again to our room but provided daily to our other room. Size of room. Toiletries. Toilet set up & Cleanliness. Parking. Lobby.

Old & expired floor carpets at every where. Replace that with Wood/Vinyl/Ceramic tiles. Damaged wall paper at corridor. Fix Plastic board there. Double bed width. It should be at least Queen or King. Bad smell in the room & every where due to smoking/old carpets. No lights on the bedroom walls or at the ceiling. Only one at entrance. Table/stand lamps are not sufficient.

Nothing positive

The place is falling apart. Every fixture and piece of furniture looks like it hasn’t been updated in 20 years. The room phone didn’t work. The TVs image quality took me back to the 1990s. No food anywhere, not even a vending machine. The lobby cafe was closed at 9:30 am. Unreal they are charging $300+ a night.

There was no hot water the first night and no compensation for this inconvenience

The location was close by everything I needed to do

Staff were rude, inattentive, and you apparently have to wait for them to finish conversations and interactions on their personal devices before interacting with customers. Front desk also picks and chooses when they want to answer calls.

They take too long to return the refund to 1 of the deposit that 1 leaves they are too irresponsible

They don’t talk to you politely

The place was a complete disaster.The television was staticky, couldn't get harder than any channels.The bathtub had no plug in it.They had no hot water.The jacuzzi, by the pool was shut down.The concession stand was never open.It had the gate closed, cooled down at the front desk.The phone rings and rings, and nobody answers it.I give this hotel a zero.I can't believe that you put this on booking dot com.And had good reviews and take my money.I'm gonna call my credit card and dispute this with a horrible experience

Like I said, what a horror bullet's bear means no hot tub. Unable to use it. Tub in the room has no plug, no hot water television. All staticky, you call down at the front desk. They say, that's how it is. It's on the renovation, concessions down closed down. The gate is shut probably one of my worst experiences. I have had in a hotel definitely not erasent. I'd rather go to a soup or eat than this place. I give it a big 0. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves to put this up on you. Website show my new
