Very spacious and clean

The room was clean, air conditioned and great size. Location was beautiful

Location fab, and the apartment spacious - I have used Ice House previously when visiting my son at Uni. Last time I had a lovely view across the water.

Queen size bed is small for two tall people. The decor is very vanilla and functional - it wouldn’t take much effort to move this from a nice clean apartment to a really modern and tasteful place to stay if it was styled better. We paid slightly more for the next level of apartment, but not sure it was any better. It’s also not clear that you are choosing an apartment type, not the one in the picture. I would pay more for guarantee of water view. Outdoor area was a bit tatty too - this could have been a real feature. Overall it was good value for money.

There were some issues with decorators having been working on the balcony and not tidying up. This was resolved quickly

A bit brighter in the bedroom, in the morning you wake up so early with sun in your face

The host showed flexibility as I was arriving late. They made arrangements for me to get keys from safe.

The blinds in the lounge covered half of the window to the balcony. Would have appreciated full window coverage.

A very spacious apartment in a good location with cheap and easy parking close by.

Generally very clean and tidy, however on arrival the bin in the ensuite had not been emptied from previous guests. Notice in a previous review so looks like a regular issue

I picked up the keys but a lovely member of staff showed me where it was & offered to help me with my luggage which was really kind
