"Other than that my stay was excellent!!!!"

The property was clean and nice. The rooms were clean and the food was excellent.

Upon check-in, the front desk, the man was there I guess from 3 to 11 and also maybe 11 to 7 the next day . He was there on the double shift tall white guy with glasses didn’t get his name cause he was very rude when we walked in he ignored us like we were not there. And then we waited and waited till I finally said hey after maybe 3 to 5 minutes of waiting for him to just gave us some type of acknowledgment. He was not courteous he was not respectful, just nasty and then even when we were leaving to check out, he still had the same attitude that’s not a person that should work the front desk of your hotel . Or have some kind of sensitivity training or some type of customer service ready because he has none.

Nothing. This was the most ridiculous horrible. Experience

First off all. They didn’t offer water. To drink not even a bottle of water this idea was ridiculous unfair. Very deceptive place to stay. I cannot tell you how disappointed I’m about the hotel. The staff is horrible. They didn’t clean my room for the 2 days I was there. They said that I posted the tag do not disturb outside the door. But I never move the tag so service the most annoying horrible not words. Bad bad never ever stay at the hotel. Never recommend. Look at the fotos you would.never wanted to stay. At this hotel. At all. They told me that because I book my reservation on booking .com I was not allowed to any benefits. Like water or cleaning my room.

Location is convenient to LSU and I-10. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

"3 days in Baton Rouge"

Very convenient to the interstate. Close to lots of restaurants. The room was well furnished and clean. The restaurant and pup staff were friendly. The front desk staff seem uninterested. They need to train their housekeeping crew about do not disturb signs. Price was ok for what you get.
