Giovanna greeted us when we arrived and took care of us for the 3 day visit. It’s right in the heart of Cosenza. Perfect location, breakfast was included at a bar across the street to get the local Italian experience. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location…two-minute walk from the main pedestrian shopping area (Corso Giuseppe Mazzini). Free parking in a gated area behind the building. Newly renovated rooms. Breakfast (coffee & croissant) included at the café across the street. The host, Giovanna, was very helpful and a great guide.

Our hosts were very helpful and pleasant. We were the first occupants of their new apartment. It is absolutely lovely and located on Via Roma, the pedestrian street. Each evening we enjoyed a glass of wine while watching the families and friends enjoy their stroll. Our car was safe in a secured lot, but accessible to us at all times. I would highly recommend this accommodation on every level!

Close to walking areas. Safe enclosed parking. Easy access. Superbly friendly and helpful staff. English not spoken but google translate helps.

The location was great, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the price was very good. More than that Giovanna and Mario were great hosts, not only making reservations at some of the great restaurants in the area, but also suggesting ideas for day trips to the sea, or an excursion to the mountain communities. They were kind and very accommodating. Also, there is a locked parking area directly behind the hotel. We had a great stay and a great time!

THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTY REFUSED TO HELP US FIND THE PROPERTY. WE PAID 100.00 TO DRIVE FOR OVER TWO HOURS AROUND A FIVE BLOCK AREA LOOKING FOR THE PROPERTY. THE OWNERS WOULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH OR TRANSLATE IN WRITING THE LOCATION. IF YOU ARE ITALIAN AND CAN SPEAK THE LANGUAGE YOU CAN PROBABLY FIND THE PLACE BUT IF YOU DON’T SPEAK ITALIAN…FIND ANOTHER PLACE! DO NOT STAY HERE. THE OWNERS TOLD US TO FIND A BAR AND A RESTAURANT THAT WOULD HELP US. WE COULD NOT FIND EITHER BAR OR RESTAURANT. THEY SAID THEY WOULD STAND OUTSIDE AND FLAG US DOWN. THERE WERE HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE ON THE STREET AND WE COULD NEVER FIND THEM. IT WAS ALL IMPOSSIBLE! THE MORE FRUSTRATED WE BECAME THE MORE THEY LAUGHED. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING NEAR THIS PROPERTY..NONE, ZERO ZIP…. NONE! WE HAVE BEEN DRIVING THE COAST OF ITALY FOR OVER TWO WEEKS STAYING AT MANY DIFFERENT BNB’S AND HOTELS AND WE NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF ISSUE ANYWHERE. WE HAD HOPED THE OWNERS WOULD REFUND OUR MONEY BUT THEY WILL NOT. THEY ARE NOT THE KIND OF HOSTS WE HAVE HAD ON OUR TRAVELS…THEY ARE THE WORST! THIS B&B ERIFRA PICCOLO HOTEL WAS A NIGHTMARE FOR US!

WE DIDN’T LIKE ONE THING ABOUT THIS PROPERTY BECAUSE THE HOSTS WERE UNKIND. THEY DID NOT CARE IF WE COULD FIND THEIR PROPERTY. WE COULD NOT FIND THE HOTEL AND THEY STILL CHARGED US..
