Holiday Inn Great Falls-Convention Center by IHG

Right when I walked in, it was great. The front desk service was very quick. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable.

Overall good, clean and comfy beds. Was right before Christmas so not super busy. Location was also good within great falls.

Pool area was not acceptable. From the rusted out doors at eye level in the hot tub, to the rust stained floors where a slide used to be, and the multiple different colors of paint to cover up the old stuff was not acceptable. Tub didn't want to drain as quickly as the water was coming out of the shower head so it started filling the tub. Bathroom fan was told to be "super quiet for our comfort" but it just didn't work at all.

Very friendly staff while checking in. Rooms were nice and clean. The only complaint I have was the restaurant inside. We waited over an hour for our food and found the Bartender working on shift to be very rude.

Good location

We specifically booked this hotel because of the photos of the pool. Our family was on a trip and we wanted to stop somewhere that the kids would have fun swimming. To our huge disappointment the pool was disgusting. The water was stagnant, there was no slide as posted in the photos, and the hot tub was marked off for construction. Very disappointed after paying extra to stay here.

Joe at the front desk and robin in the restaurant was very helpful and friendly. They both did a great job and made me feel like I was home. Looking forward to my next time staying here.
