"Great Stay"

Joe had exceptional customer service, answered all our questions, and even gave us discount at restaurant and free meal coupon for kids. Waterfall was great and kids really enjoyed looking at it and the bears on it.

"Good Stay"

Upon entering you're greeted with a nice water feature. Ask for an upper level room if you're sensitive to noise while sleeping (splashing from water feature). You get kind and attentive service from Dustin at the front desk. Clean room. I liked the coat rack and bench.

"Not a Bad Hotel"

Fantastic service. Great rooms, mostly comfortable (which is the highest praise a hotel can get with the quality of pillows and beds and chairs they tend to buy, honestly). Dustin helped us out a lot, especially with answering a lot of my questions, helping me find an extra pillow and flat sheet, and making sure my wife, baby, and I were able to get a first floor room. My only issue was breakfast, which the waitress messed up my order twice (in her defense, she was alone out there and normally works dinner apparently). But that wasn't bad enough to influence my opinion of the place.

"Bad. Very poor. I gave them the bedbug at the front desk. I should have taken a picture!"

I stayed in a room with bedbugs had to move in the middle of the night. Was treated rude by staff in casino. I do not use alcohol. And not offered water or pop after 2 hours. I will reach out to top officials until I am reimbursed for this stay.

Bed bugs. Rude mean staff
