Resort was absolutely amazing and so worth the money can’t believe how cheap it was!

Staff didn’t speak much English which was abit frustrating at times

Had some nice facilities around the eco-lodge like the bird sanctuary.

Booked this place mainly for the pool only to be told the pool was closed when checking-in, got offered no discount or anything due to this which was disappointing. Ate at the restaurant first night and the food was appalling and none of the staff spoke a word of English. Upon check-out was told we had taken a bottle of water (which we didn’t) then after complaining I was told we had taken a hand towel (which we didn’t), I had to take the receptionist to the room to try find the towel but everything was already taken for cleaning so disputed this through broken-English, eventually they said it was ok. Overall quite a disappointing stay and they should advertise before allowing people to book that the pool is closed.

Everything was sooo wrong. Although employees were polite and friendly, they couldn’t speak English at all. I book it as a resort and wanted to have a day in peaceful and calm place, that didn’t happen. Pool was closed, no privacy at all in the resort, area was filled with tourists, everything smelled weird. Staff in the restaurant were chaotic, I ordered a beer and never got it. Overall, this place should remove the resort name and just call themselves a guesthouse. I wouldn’t even call it a hotel

The hotel is in the middle of a reserve. You can observe birds from a boat tour (extra cost)

Terrible service. The restaurant only have half of the menu, waiting time to cook your food is at least one hour. The staff is really rude they don’t speak English making the communication very difficult. The hotel organised a weeding during our stay so it’s was very noisy until late and didn’t apologised for that.

Bird park was good

Staff did not speak English. We were not served welcome tea. No one explained us the amenities and the facilities . When we went for dinner to the restaurant (within the timeframe) there was no staff there . We had to go to the market to have dinner . There were no vegetarian options . This place seemed to be for local Vietnamese people and not for international visitors

Location was great with all surroundings and inclusions

The rainshower is an issue if you're 1.85m in length, because the top of the shower is at eye height so to speak. You've to get on your knees to shower. Furthermore you can hear the neighbour's talk very well. Ppl were loud, but well...
