Clean and tidy room with space for up to 6 sleeping people I would say. If the 6 people had luggage perhaps the space would have been too tight. The hotel was very conveniently located close to Sapporo main station. The toilet and shower were on the smaller side (as one might experience in a lot of places in Japan).

Not something I didn't like, but the reception was unstaffed, so it did feel very "mass-touristy". We had some trouble checking in, which was due to two different facilities sharing the reception - this could have been specified in the otherwise very detailed check-in message we received.

The location is fairly close to the station .

When we checked into our room, there was a strong and unpleasant smell. We initially thought it was temporary, but it remained the next day, so I emailed the hotel as it is a self-service apartment. They responded quickly and said staff would inspect the issue the following day. As I received no further update, I assumed the problem had been resolved. However, the smell was still there when we returned. After emailing again, I was told the room had been inspected and the issue was deemed “insufficient.” Unfortunately, we had to stay in a room with a persistent and very unpleasant smell for all four nights. Because of this experience, I would not stay here again.

The hotel is right next to a Lawsons, down the street from my favorite restaurant, and only a couple blocks from a major train station. The windows can be opened. The heater can be turned off. The beds are comfortable and the blankets are warm. The wifi was free. The digital self check in device worked well.

The microwave was in a common area on a different floor, the laundry machines were paid and in a common that didn't have any way to stop someone from picking up the wrong load of laundry by mistake.

I didn’t really enjoy the self check in. But other then that I enjoyed this hotel :)

水回り　改装済みできれいだった。 札幌駅近し。 平日で安かった。

床は　掃除を丁寧に。 神経質な人は△かも。
