"Personal Touch Does Make a Difference"

I have been coming to this hotel for five years to visit my granddaughter who is in the dance program at Montclair State University. Our stays are always pleasant and the rooms are clean. One of my favorite parts of our hotel stay is seeing Tina one of the bartenders. She remembers us year after year, asks about my granddaughter and remembers what I drink. She is one of the reasons we come back to the Doubletree year after year!

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were excellent and accommodated everything I needed. I stayed longer due to the storm, and extending my stay was not a problem at all. They were all friendly, especially Aleks, Kenny, and Diana.

I had a great visit. The facility is very clean, but what really stood out was the customer service. Darolyn N. was professional, friendly, and genuinely kind. I was beyond blown away by her service. She’s helped me during my last three stays, and honestly, she’s a big part of why I keep coming back to this facility.
