"Bedbugs"

Bedbugs were found in the hotel and the staff weren't very understanding. We wanted to refund and move to another hotel, but they kept refusing the refund or provide any point of escalation.

"地理位置赞，对面就是夜市，员工热情"

员工很热请，尤其是门口老刘很热心的帮忙拿行李，还有做气球的姜老师，玫瑰花瓣的气球非常好看，瞬间安慰了正在哭的小朋友。

建议适当用点香氛，大堂或者楼梯还有楼道处。
