"Pas de chambre et pas remboursé "

L hotel m a appelé pour m indiqué qu il n y avait plus de chambre et que il y avait eu une erreur du site hotel.com,et que je serais remboursé. Je n ai pas pu annuler ma resa sur le site et je ne suis toijoirs pas remboursé

La jeune fille qui s’occupe de la réception a été parfaite. En revanche il y a un problème de chauffage. Impossible de dormir. Après quelques heures dans la chambre, ma bouteille d’eau était chaude tellement il faisait chaud

"Hôtel à l’écoute de ses Clients "

Hôtel bien placé dans le centre ville avec vue dégagée sur la gare. Restos à proximité. Places de parking. Personnel accueillant. Seul bémol : petit déjeuner facturé au prix normal alors que de nombreux produits n’étaient pas disponibles. Par contre, Ils ont tenu compte de ma remarque et m’ont proposé une boisson offerte.
