Best4Stay Luxury Rooms

What a fabulous and comfortable room. Honestly after a crazy hot day, arriving into this beautiful air conditioned room was amazing. Beautiful decorated and modern. Very good position 5 minutes walk from Taxi rank and in the centre of all local sites in beautiful Split. Tbh a few flights of stairs but not too much. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

The location is perfect, only a short walk to and from the port.

Top Ausstattung, wirklich sehr schön in top Lage! Der Host war sehr nett und super zu erreichen!

Es gab nicht wirklich etwas auszusetzen.

Senza ascensore e mancanza servizio di pulizia della camera tra una notte e l'altra, entrambe non segnalate al momento della prenotazione

La casa era molto accogliente, centrale, super pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario. Nonostante la posizione centrale è riparata dal caos delle vie principali perciò non siamo stati minimamente disturbati. Inoltre, offre set di cortesia e biancheria che non è scontato per appartamenti così. Avevamo anche i doppioni, quindi se finivamo la carta igienica, ne avevamo un’altra. La posizione comunque, resta il punto forte dell’appartamento. Super consigliata se andate a Spalato.

Non diamo 10, solamente perché purtroppo non è dotata di uno spazio esterno, anche minimo, per poter stendere le cose del mare. Inoltre, seppur sia un posto eccezionale a mio avviso è un po’ overpriced.

The room was very comfortable and clean. All the furniture and finishes were good quality. Our room was an inner courtyard room so no view. We had everything we needed.

There is no mention that the room is on the 3 rd floor which is actually the fourth floor by European standards. The other thing we didn’t like was that the entrance door on the street level was never locked. There’s a sign on the front door to “always be sure the door is closed shut” but it doesn’t function properly and despite our best efforts it never completely shut closed. Therefore we felt a little uncomfortable that somebody could potentially walk into the building and break in to our room. This is an issue previously mentioned by other past renters so the owner is definitely aware of the problem. Just call a locksmith.
