"Excellent Stay "

The hotel was very clean. The employees friendly. The lady that was doing breakfast interacted with people and helped them with keeping breakfast well stocked , and super clean. Overall our two day stay was very enjoyable.

"Always a great stay"

The staff is very welcoming and helping. The room is always great. there are many places to stay in El Dorado, but most I would not stay the night in and the only other property that rates as high as this one is much more expensive.

Very nice

The only problem for me was the very firm mattress. I didn’t sleep as well as I wanted. I’m use to pillow tops but other than that it was a great stay. I would come back again.

During our first overnight there my truck was vandalized and scratched up both sides by someone who used the ceramic piece and broke it on the window and also threw it at the front window. The people in the hotel eventually told me they could not see anything on the video except that I arrived approximately between 2:30 and 3:00 p.m. and they saw when I met with the police outside next to my truck. I find it hard to believe that they didn't see what occurred between those hours. My assumption is that they just wanted to avoid having to take any responsibility for the damage that was done. I've learned my lesson and will never stay at that Fairfield Inn ever again.
