Floor carpet is dirty, bugs in apartment, cucarachas..

There was no breakfast. The ceiling in the bathroom looked like it would fall any minute. We stayed for two days. Never got clean towels, if we wanted towels we have to give them our old ones. There was mold in the bathroom. We could hear the people above us.

Tv didn’t work or maybe I don’t know how to work roku tv but clean place to stay.

I cannot believe this hotel is part of the Wyndam group of hotels. Sheets were stained, floors were filthy, picture frames on the walls were broken, no facial tissue. Vending machine was broken and they did not have water in the office available for guests. When I made reservation I reserved a king bed. Checking in they told me they only have a double available because they gave my room to someone else. I told them to cancel and they said they would not because it was after 6 p.m. We were stuck staying there.

At check-in, we were given a key to an occupied room. The key card holders are being reused. The headboard had tape on it. The property was dirty, trash cans on sidewalk were overflowing. The bath tub had hair in it. The doors were not sealed, light was coming thru around the door. Bed skirt was ripped. Will not stay here again.

Resonably priced , quiet, clean

It was ok. Hassle checking in, had to leave a $20 deposit. Room was clean though...small but clean.

Room smelled

The room was supposed to be non smoking, however there were ash trays in the room upon check-in, and you could smell smoke. The lobby which was supposed to be open until 6 pm was locked up tight, the desk person wouldn't let us in.

WE checked in late. I think woke up the guy on duty. He gave me a card with someone else/s name to begin with. He was hard to understand. He asked for id and cc which I gave him. I had paid through hotels,com but this is standard practice. I did not get the room we asked for and he did not tell us. Since it was so late we dealt with it. Two double beds and NOT a King size which is what we thought we were getting. He did not tell us if breakfast or even coffee was served. We left early to get to where we were going. Hotel seemed safe and in nice area just disappointed that we got full size and not KING> Water did get hot quick which was a plus.
