Hair dryer cracked & falling apart Wife could have been electrocuted !!! Bugs here & there

It said it offered breakfast. All 3 mornings there, no breakfast was in lobby

To many people leaving cigarettes butts laying around, non smoking rooms smelt like ash trays was just poured into the carpet and vacuumed over

Hotel was as described. Our stay was great.

For the price it’s decent. I order smoke free room but it smelled of smoke. I wanted to complain but my partner convinced me otherwise. Other then that clean room, fresh smelling sheets.

No breakfast. Not a very nice staff

If i could have gotten a refund and stayed at a different hotel i would have. There was people all over the property just hanging out when i got there at 9pm. There was no parking near my room so as a single female I was noticed walking to my room. Got inside and there is no safety lock on the door. I used the chair to put in front of the door. The ac would not get cold because it was so filthy. Not wanting to go back outside I cleaned the ac and put the dirty towels and washcloths in a pile so house keeping could switch it out. The morning was better but when I returned the same dirty towels were hung up instead of clean ones. When I walked down to the office the nice young lady switched them out for me but while in the office an unhappy customer was asking me for a ride to get food because the staff threw away all her food. It was just a very nerve wracking experience.

Clean, comfortable room .

no maintenance, very dirty, a lot of noise at night, no control
