Buena opción en cuanto a relación precio-calidad. Camas comodas, atención del persona muy rápido y amable. El desayuno era bueno aunque no tan variado. El edificio cuenta con acceso a variadas salidas, lo que hace el acceso mucho más expedito. Excelente vista al downtown y el río.

Tenían artefactos en el desayuno con desperfectos. Funcionaba un rato y luego se trababa o dejaba de funcionar. Ocasionaba una fila de personas esperando que lo arreglaran. Por otro lado, la habitación que nos tocó contaba con el baño con puerta corredera. No cerraba bien y había un espacio que hacía que se viera un poco hacia adentro, perdiendo un poco de privacidad. Lo mismo con la ventilación del baño. Los olores se movian por la habitación por no estar 100% cerrada la puerta. Por otro lado estuvimos mucho rato tratando de hacer funcionar el agua caliente, tuvimos que llamar para que un técnico fuera a revisarlo.

The location was excellent and our room was huge (possibly the largest I've ever had in a hotel) with 2 queen beds as well as a small living area with a sleeper sofa and kitchenette with good-sized refridgerator/freezer. We also had a nice combined view of the pool and Riverwalk. The elevators were quick to arrive and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was rather basic and a bit diasappointing and parking was very expensive.

I liked how close it was to the riverwalk and Alamo. It was close to almost everything downtown.

The only thing that I really did not like was the bathroom door. The barn yard style doors have no locks and you can see into the bathroom from the side if you’re walking in the room and someone else is in there showering.

Location, clean and breakfast was very good. Staff was pretty nice as well.

The check in staff was so pleasant!! Our stay landed on Mother's Day..the morning mimosas were so sweet and delicious! The breakfast was so good. The wide selection of breakfast dishes made it easy to satisfy our whole family of 6! We will definitely be back!

The only complaint is that the pool was under construction.
