Pet-friendly. Comfortable beds. Quite. Well lit outside. Slept well. Shower was clean and nice. But the floors were really dirty and the lights had wires showing, which didn’t look safe. The curtains were dirty or stained with red juice. And there was only one half roll of used toilet paper. No bugs that I saw. Customer service was excellent.

There was a huge gap at the bottom of the door allowing the cool air to escape. We had to stuff towels to keep it in. The room took all night and never reached the temperature we set it at. The bathroom sink leaked. The pillows were horrible.

It had a quiet room and comfortable bed I could sleep in after driving for two straight days.

Though very sweet and charming, the woman who checked us in at 2am kept my debit card and ID behind the desk where I couldn’t see them, scribbling with a pen at her computer for a good bit longer than I was comfortable with. I did the early check in online, and uploaded all necessary information so waiting around for it to be done by desk staff wouldn’t be necessary, yet there we were. Even if she were just “double checking the numbers for it to match”(direct quote), she could have given them right back instead of keeping them for fifteen minutes (incl my State-issued ID/DL, which had my address on it, as well). That kind of action makes her intent seem and feel very suspicious. Can’t be too careful out there - everyone wants your money, however they can get it. No troubles afterwards, but mistrust from the onset isn’t a great policy for your employees to show your patrons.

The staff was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable.

The shower curtain had mold on it along the bottom, but that was really it.
