Hampton Inn & Suites Snellville Atlanta Ne

The room itself was nice, however I did not have any towels in my room upon arrival. In addition, after a long travel, I had to go downstairs to get some because the Desk Clerk informed me, he was the only one attending the desk.

Amazing stay from front desk to breakfast

Got a room with 2 double beds and both were uncomfortable and noisy

Clean and safe area.

Didn’t have bacon.

No one mentioned you have to be over 21 to check in.

Hotel lobby was very clean, staff was kind and curteous. Hotel was quiet, rooms smelled wonderful and clean.

Staff was nice. Property and room was clean.

I encountered both friendly, competent staff, as well as unfriendly and unhelpful staff. Rooms were well accessorized, with ample outlets and USB ports. Plenty of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, towels, etc. The soap/shampoo dispensers were full and conveniently located. Room lighting was inadequate, leaving the room feeling overly dim. Mattresses were worn and uncomfortable. I found human hair on my towels and in my bedsheets. The coffee and breakfast empanadas were great; however, the chicken sausage was inedible.

I love that the property was close to alot of good eating places and shopping stores.it was also close to the business that I had an appointment at.
