Very convenient

Too small space

- Rooms are extremely small. - Great Staff - Great location. - Friendly and efficient checkin. - Zero recognition of status [Titanium]. - Room was ready early which was great as we weren't feeling well. Thank You. - With the room being so small, you could not walk down one side of the bed. We measured by foot and the bedroom area is only approx. 10x8 foot. - No drawers to put any belongings away. - Small safe in the room. - Kettle and a very small fridge in the room. - Terrible air-conditioning system. It's basically locked on 24 degrees and you cannot change the temperature only the fan speed. It was way too hot in the room. We had to sleep with the window open and obviously there's alot of noise coming from outside. So we didn't rest/sleep well here. - The TV was in Korean nothing written in English on the screen or on the remote control. I couldn't change it but you'd think they would knowing foreigners staying in the room, but no! - No carpet on floor so you could hear every noise from floor above. - We took advice from other reviews and did not include breakfast. Shout out to Lisa J.B. the way she handled a situation that occurred. She was very calm and supported the safety and well being of her guests. Honestly she went above and beyond and should be rewarded for this. Thank You again Lisa we will never forget your genuine compassion, generosity and concern.
