Otele vardığımızda bizimle ilgilenmek için çok beklettiler.Booking üzerinden rezervasyon onayımız olmasına ve aile olduğumuzu görmelerine rağmen çocuklarımızı ikinci katta bizi de beşinci kattaki bir odaya yerleştirdiler.Girişte zorla 50€ Kaution aldılar ve iki gün içinde ödeyeceklerini söylemelerine rağmen bir aydır ödemediler.Bize davranışları çok kaba ve emrediciydi.

Personel çok kabaydı.Çocuklarımız başka bir katta uyumak zorunda kaldılar.Beşinci katta sadece ebeveyn odaları olduğunu ve çocukları aynı yatakta yatmadıkları sürece bizimle aynı katta yatırmayacaklarını söylediler.Oğlum 17 kızım 15 yaşında.Kesinlikle yardımcı olmadılar .Aralarında konuşurken bizim için ayrılan odalardan birine çifte rezervasyon aldıklarını öğrendim.Asla orada tekrar kalmam.Ayrıca fazladan aldıkları paranın da iadesini istiyorum

"Gutes Hotel mit Frühstück zum Unterkommen auf der Durchreise, am Personal wird hier aber gespart."

Die Lage war super, wir waren auf der Durchreise. Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch vorhanden. Ich fand das Astronautenthema im ganzen Hotel süß für die Kinder. Toll, dass überall Spielzeug verfügbar war, Kickertisch usw. Getränke waren gut.

Die Preise von Chips und Co waren überteuert. Die Besetzung mit 1 Person für Check in und Bar fand ich abends persönlich zu wenig. Sie wirkte etwas überfordert. Morgens war irgendwie gar keine Begrüßung zum Frühstück, das fand ich ziemlich unpersönlich und nicht so freundlich. Aufgrund der uneinheitlichen Kleidung war nicht ganz klar, wer da arbeitet und wer nicht.

"Moxy immer gut - aber hier hat es potential zur verbesserung"

Die Lage ist gut und bin froh, dass man jederzeit etwas zum essen hat

Leider die Dusche: Man konnte fast nicht duschen da sehr wenig Wasser. Es hatte sehr wenig Wasser am Duschkopf und noch weniger Druck.
