We had an exceptional customer service experience with Nora. Her attention to detail made the kitchen and breakfast area spotless and inviting. The breakfast itself was outstanding – fresh, delicious, and made with care. I especially enjoyed the muffins, coffee, and cheesy eggs. It felt like a VIP breakfast! A big thank you to Nora for kicking off our day in such a wonderful way! :)

We loved the hotel, in particular breakfast in the Morning. Nora does a fantastic job helping guests feel at home. She prepared waffles for us and they were delicious. The kitchen area was neat and tidy. We'll definitely come back. Thank you!!

Great location off strip. Walking distance to TMobile arena and close enough to walk to the strip.

Very nice and clean Suite, friendly staff, great complimentary breakfast. Victor (JT), was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to help us out in an last minute situation. Nora ran a smooth and clean operation during breakfast hrs.

We traveled from Northern California for a funeral and stayed one night. Upon check-in on 1/24/25, we were met with an unfriendly receptionist who was rude when I asked about a check-in/out time discrepancy between Expedia and the front desk. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. However, during check-out the next morning, Michelle at the front desk provided excellent service. She was friendly, cheerful, and quick to assist. When I mentioned that our stove plate wasn’t working, she immediately assured me she would take care of it and even arranged for $20 to be deducted from our bill. After a physically and emotionally exhausting trip, her kindness and professionalism truly made a difference. We deeply appreciate great customer service and would definitely stay here again! The only downside is the ongoing construction on the main road, which makes it difficult and inconvenient to get in and out of the parking lot - but that’s beyond the hotel’s control.

The hotel was nice and clean, the pillows were perfect, and the breakfast was nice. These are some things that have come to known as normal at a lot of Marriott properties but what really made me take the time to write this review was the amazing customer service I received both last night when I checked in and today when I ate breakfast before leaving. I don't remember the front desk associates name but she had blonde hair and glasses and was so accommodating! At breakfast, Nora waited on us as if we were out to eat in a restaurant. She was so kind and made sure to keep everything top notch despite the traffic going through the breakfast area. She's amazing!!! Thanks for making a memorable experience!

Breakfast: service everyday was above and beyond with friendly staff Nora. I had 50 players and staff here for the weekend and everyday she treated us like we were first class. She was helpful, polite, guided us about where to purchase bbq supplies for the grill outside and loaned us utensil to grill.

Shout out to the staff at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Las Vegas Stadium District. Very pleasant stay and extremely customer service oriented staff. Nora was a great host at breakfast and made sure we were enjoying that experience. Will definitely be back.

Big shoutout to the night auditor Ky, who has taken care of us this week. We originally booked one night, but kept extending our reservations. We were assigned to room 122, which ended up being a perfect for our trip. Ky made sure that we remained in the same room through our stay and has even reached out to the general manager to make sure everything was in order. Shoutout to the General Manager Patricia as well for showing exemplary kindness and attentiveness. Her awareness of guest's needs was impressive and very accommodating. This was my first time staying here and I will most definitely be back after this experience.
