USWe have stayed at Pacific Palms a handful of times and enjoy our stay however something always happens. The first time we stayed, only two elevators were working and my husband ended up getting stuck in one for over an hour. This last time, a couple was issued keys to our room after we had already checked in. They were able to open our door which was a scary situation considering the fact our baby was with us. I called the front desk, they confirmed there weren’t additional people assigned to our room and advised security would be sent to our floor to make sure everything was ok. We started the next day early and once we got back to our room, we realized the keys weren’t working. My husband had to go back to the front desk and have them give us new cards. They don’t have complementary water bottles in the rooms but we’re willing to give me a couple for my baby’s bottles. Again, we enjoy staying at Pacific Palms, there are just a few things that need to be worked on.

There was no hot water during our stay. We had to take cold showers for three nights. The staff told us to let the water run for 5–10 minutes, but even after waiting, the water was still extremely cold. Our room keys were deactivated on the last day, so my son had to call me on my cell phone at 1:30 a.m. to let him into the room.
