USI stayed at this hotel for 5 days and I will say it was the most unprofessional hotel I’ve ever been at and I would have gotten better service at motel 8. Everyone there aside from one gentleman seemed like they hated being there or just seemed like they had no motivation to make things happen. Restaurant downstairs but no room service? No microwave or any type of self service except for a kettle. First day water gets shut off for entire night. Next day TVs get shut off for the entire night. Couldn’t bring me a luggage cart to room because security didn’t want to so I had to make the 3 trips to do it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone for the price you can get so much better elsewhere.
