I didn’t like that early in the morning at 5:00 am housekeeping we’re cleaning already and they woke me up. It was way too early and also at the same time I could hear that they were cutting the grass outside it was too loud and too early to be doing that I was very disappointed.
Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, and wonderful ambience. I stayed there as part of the Land of the Free Charity Golf Tournament where, every year this tournament raises money for veterans' charities, including Canine Companions. I have a Canine Companion Service Dogs, and a group of us with our dogs greeted the golfers as they played the two golf courses.
USI stayed for a business trip at the Pacific Palms Resort. It was quiet, a central location but felt like an oasis from the city. The value was good, no extra fees for parking or resort fees. The Restaurant was priced reasonably with very good food!
I enjoy to stay the Pacific Palm Resorts with my elder since 1/5/2025. I have stayed there more than 310 days. The whole environment is secure, comfortable and friendly.
