Subject: Professional Feedback: Room 607 – Pacific Palms Resort As a professional who evaluates property quality and condition for a living, encountering significant deferred maintenance and sanitation lapses in a resort guest room is especially frustrating. Our stay in Room 607 was, unfortunately, not pleasant. The room was not properly serviced prior to our arrival: sheets and pillows appeared dusty and soiled, and basic supplies like towels and toilet paper were missing. Most concerningly, the shower curtains were found with visible biological soilage (feces). While your housekeeping team was friendly and responsive in rectifying these issues, such basic cleanliness standards should never be a "cost to cure" for a guest in a professional hospitality environment. Regarding the Red Restaurant: it currently lacks a true resort-style experience. There is no option for fresh, high-quality Mimosas or Bloody Marys—we were served a pre-made mix substance. These should be handcrafted and advertised at every table to take advantage of your gorgeous patio and stunning golf grounds. Furthermore, your elevators and online services still promote "CIMA" restaurant. Removing this outdated branding and replacing it with advertisements for the current patio experience would demonstrate a genuine commitment to the guest's stay. While updating outdated decor requires investment, handling the basics of cleanliness and branding is a baseline requirement. Nice location clean room.

Rooms need a tv upgrade.!

I love the restaurant Red. The service and food was excellent

Clean rooms and public areas. Bathroom fixtures are old and dated which may be why there were no pictures of the bathroom online. The hot water temperature didn't stay consistent throughout a 5 minute shower. Ice machine on floor didn't work well. Golf Shop top notch with nice apparel and merchandise. Dining experience at Red was pleasant with attentive and friendly wait staff. But the price was far above the quality of food.

Great place to stay. Close to the Expo Center. Very Pet friendly. Lots of grass. Parking was convienent. I appreciated the late check-out option. Restaurant was excellent.

The staff were courteous and welcoming. Dante, our server at the Red Restaurant, was attentive, helpful, and consistently ready to assist, making the experience even more enjoyable.
