Hue Harmony Hotel

We were in Hue city for 1 night, so great location. All the staff were very attentive, We had a view of the city. The room was spacious and clean. Thanks everyone, we will stay here again if we come back to Hue city

terrible. I stayed here for 6 nights, from the second day where every morning at 7 and until the evening the builders were working using a hammer drill, it was impossible to sleep, earplugs did not help. and even just being there during the day was also impossible because it was so loud. The staff was obliged to close the hotel for repairs, but because of greed they accepted guests. On the 2nd day they promised me that it would stop tomorrow, but it continued and then every morning. Complaints were ignored, they just brazenly lie to your face and smile. In addition to the terrible attitude towards guests, the condition of the hotel does not correspond to the price and 3 stars, everything here is very outdated, this is 1 or maximum 2 stars. Considering that I spent these days sick with a fever, and I hoped every day that it would stop, that's why I did not move out, as a result I spent the worst nights of my life here. I wish this hotel and those responsible all the worst in life.

The staff were really nice and the room was a generous size. The only downside was that our room was adjoined to next door's bathroom with a high window, so we could hear everything and see when the light was switched on during the night. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

Good location at walking distance from the river but outside the busy touristic streets. The staff helped us with renting a motorbike

Tiny little ants

Good location. 5 minutes each by taxi to the railway station and old palace. Convenience store and small eating places are located just around the corner. The hotel situates in the small alley, quiet in the night. The hotel owner, Mr.Thanh is very kind and helpful, spoken French, English and Vietnamese. He has abondant knowledge on Vietnam, acquired in his former job as tour guide.
