Beautiful property, an oasis of silence, beauty of nature, all one could need for a short or long stay, relax, good food, good wine, good company, excellent staff. Tasty and abundant home made breakfast. Superbly renovated villa, with own wine cellar, you will find there the good lifestyle and if you want to reset, this is the perfect place. Close to the cultural and historical high interest places, Spoleto, Assisi, Perugia etc. combine your relaxing day with Umbrian life flair. Definitely coming back! This time for a longer stay.

Un piccolo angolo di relax vicino Spoleto! L’agriturismo Il mulino antico - 5 Girasoli è un luogo magico, di pace e tranquillità in cui il tempo sembra rallentare per farti ritrovare quella serenità e quella calma che durante l’anno perdiamo perché presi dalla frenesia delle routine quotidiane. La struttura è curata in ogni singolo dettaglio e la pulizia è impeccabile. La piscina è molto grande e questo permette agli ospiti di usufruirne al meglio senza essere di disturbo a nessuno. L’agriturismo, inoltre, offre servizi quali: degustazione di vini, aperitivi a bordo piscina o nel fienile, piscina aperta h24 e una guida dettagliata di bar, ristoranti e luoghi di interesse nelle vicinanze. Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti da Daniele che ci ha gentilmente mostrato la camera e dato indicazioni sui servizi. La mattina, invece, è possibile gustare un’ottima colazione con una ricca varietà di dolci fatti in casa con prodotti a km0 e di una colazione salata in cui spiccano per bontà le uova strapazzate, anch’esse prodotte dalle loro galline. Ad allietare il tutto potete trovare Elisa, la quale, con la sua gentilezza e simpatia, vi farà sentire come a casa scambiando due chiacchiere e qualche risata. Consigliatissima la degustazione di vini accompagnata da bruschette, affettati, formaggi e uova strapazzate guidata da Daniele, il sommelier dell’agriturismo, il quale vi farà scoprire i profumi e le sfumature di ogni vino di loro produzione. Che altro dire? Se cercate un posto in cui rilassarvi e godere di un clima di pace, allora questo posto fa per voi. Tutto lo staff lavora alacremente per consentirvi il miglior soggiorno possibile. Noi ce ne siamo innamorati e stiamo già pensando a quando tornare.

We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!

A very nice place with a large pool. The apartments are very spacious with well-equipped kitchens. There is a cozy atmosphere at the pool, and it’s not crowded. The staff and the owner are wonderful people, very helpful and striving to ensure that your stay goes very well. There is also the opportunity to taste and purchase very good wines produced on the estate. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. In August, this can be somewhat problematic.

Elisa, the manager, and Daniele are absolutely fantastic hosts. We had a great time at il Molino Antico, breakfast is good and the pool is large and well maintained. Not to mention the excellent wine tasting!

The only downside of the place is the lack of air conditioning, particularly felt in the top floor flat we stayed in.
