- Good location, at the heart of chiang rai - One of the comfiest beds in thailand - Big rooms with all the necessary features

- the breakfast was a let down, limited choices, but it's free so not that big of a problem problem

They originally said there was no room availability even though I had a booking. After 10 minutes they gave me a room. Nice room. Quiet. Clean. Ok breakfast. Easy parking.

Lovely comfortable bed and hot water in the shower. The room had tea & coffee facilities. Night market / flower festival was just around the corner.

Property was a little out of the way from Night Bazzar & the main cafes & restaurants. Not a big deal as we had to rent a scooter in order to go see all the temples etc anyway. We did not enjoy the breakfast.
