1. AC was not working and reception told that they can not do anything about it. 2. Mosquitos in the room.

The property itself was nice. The bed was comfortable and the room decent enough. I’ve stayed in better hilton’s, but not a bad hotel by any means. However, the staff’s service wasn’t the best. They took a long time to deal with any customers. Furthermore, one of the lifts didn’t work for the first floor customers- we we’re quite bluntly advised that we had to send one of the lifts up to the third floor, then call on another one- but we couldn’t do that as the card didn’t work for the lift at all. It’s really impractical for people with big suitcases, and disabled people. We weren’t advised if this would be fixed or anything. I’d also add that we had to pay some sort of city tax for our two night stay, that came to about 30 euro. This is fine, but I feel it could have been made much clearer during the booking process.

I liked the short walk to the metro station.

NO AC IN THE ROOMS!!!!This hotel is barely a 2 star hotel. I have stayed in Ibis hotels much better than this. The rooms were dirty. The bathrooms had hair from prior guests that I had to throw away!!!!! The window in my room had big crack!!! VERY NOISE the hotel its right next to a impound lot were you can hear people screaming and yelling all night. I dont know how this hotel its consider a 4 star hotel ?!?!??????!?! The staff in the lobby were very nice.

Property is very clean and a safe environment

Good stay. Clean rooms. Solid breakfast. Highly recommend

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. If I had an issue they fixed whatever it was with urgency. we enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to the public transportation.
