Rooms were very clean and the property was very nice

The breakfast offered isnโ€™t very good and there is no complimentary water they only have water fountains. Pool is very basic. I was under the impression that parking was free through booking.com

I had an outstanding experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim Resort Convention Center, and a big part of that was thanks to Assistant General Manager Joey. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and genuinely well-managed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for visiting the Anaheim area, but what really made the stay memorable was the level of service. Joey sets a high standard for hospitality, and it shows in how smoothly everything runs. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I hope management recognizes Joey for the exceptional job heโ€™s doing. He truly makes a difference.
