Ribarska Koliba - Villa Marija

Die Unterkunft ist allgemein in schlechtem Zustand. Es gibt Probleme mit Feuchtigkeit, da die ‚Groundfloor‘ Wohnung sich im Keller des Gebäude befindet. Die Farbe an Türen und Wänden löst sich teilweise von der Feuchtigkeit. Dementsprechend riecht es auch in der Wohnung. In der Küche waren keine Trinkgläser vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr warm, die Heizung konnte nicht reguliert werden. Abgesehen von frischer Bettwäsche und Handtücher hat die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen entsprochen.

Very spacious, well equipped apartment with outdoor terraces and en-suites in every bedroom. 5 minute walk to a lovely cove and 25 minute walk into Pula old town

We liked the location and the size of the apartment. The staff were very responsive and fixed all the issues we had. Our apartment was ready early.

The apartment was nit cleaned well. Drains were blocked with hair. The WiFi didn't work and tv had to be re-tuned. These things should be checked routinely.

Very nice, clean, modern and good equipped apartments. Quiet area, good restaurants close by and store, beach 50 meters, profesional and very helpful staff. I highly recommend
