"We had a one night stay but got such a good rest because of the ambience of the room."

It is absolutely beautiful. The structure of the room and the windows.

The staff seemed a little cold and not friendly. Especially when I requested for a better room.

"Disappointing stay. The hotel didn’t walk the talk."

Not much. The rooms were just about ok, the manager and staff were polite.

The bathrooms were not clean and there were stains in the WC. Shower nozzles we’re clogged, hand faucet was leaking. One of our rooms had no rugs on the floor. Replenishment of toiletries was stingy. The property is short staffed. Rooftop restaurant is just some wooden chairs and tables with faded and stained tablecloths. There’s no buffet breakfast. We were disappointed.

Everything was very well managed and nice comfort given.

Nothing as such. Location can be better. View is only on the terrace of the hotel.
