They didn't give early breakfast when asked for it

The rooms are good. Few rooms have better view than others

The bed is not so comfortable as it is a spring mattress and the towels were clean but had few stains

Very welcoming friendly hotel. They went out of their way to get us a room ready when we arrived very early from our train. Rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop has an amazing view of the fort.

The hygiene and service levels were poor. The rooms were dirty and the washrooms were filthy. On the day we arrived, the washroom had urination marks all over the pot. It was in a sorry state. Overall it may be comfortable for people looking for cheap stays but for those looking for experience this would be the wrong choice of stay. It didn't work for us. The food was terrible too. They couldnt even serve toast and butter properly. Wish we could've cancelled after we saw the state and get a refund.

The owner/manager was very helpful.. he not only helped us with early smooth checkin .. he also guided us for awesome vegetarian food places.The rooms are huge… neat and clean .. and location is central so easily you can reach point If you want smooth stay in reasonable price boutique helsenki is the place for you

They should start their own desert safari stay camps

We really did not want to leave the hotel :) Super nice food. The breakfast was extraordinary Helsinki Hotel is a must-visit. It is such a beautiful hotel. The design is exceptional like its location. It's super quiet with a wonderful view on the beautiful rooftop terrace overviewing the fort. Entering the lobby we were feeling home from the very first moment. The hotel manager welcomed us warm-heartedly and offered us Chai. We chatted a little before we went up into our rooms. The rooms are very beautifully designed. We really did not wanna leave the room at all. Super cozy bed and a window nook. Helsinki hotel is our favorite choice of the hotel all over the hotels we have been booking throughout Rajashtan. All the staff was extremely kind and friendly. We had all the dinners in the hotel and breakfast too. We are in love with the banana Nutella pancake and the special naan "Masala Kulcha". We are excited to come back one day. Friendly staff, nice hotel. Good breakfast. Very good value for the price. The location is not very good though.

This was a first rate stay. We stayed two nights before having to move a short distance to the sister hotel which was equally good. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the town and in a nice quiet area. The rooms are light and bright and well presented and serviced daily. There is a clear commitment from all the staff to great customer service and there is a friendly and personable owner who will help in any way required. The food on the attractive roof terrace was excellent and value for money. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very good indeed and served by lovely staff. We would have stayed longer if we had been able and would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

We are glad that we chose this property for our stay in Jaiselmer . Maru ji came to pick us up at the station at 6:15 in the morning .Which made traveling easy for us . The desert safari and cultural programme was aranged by the hotel itself with transport facilities to the dessert which was at a distance of one and a half hour . The entire experience was fun filled . The staff is very polite and helpful and makes the entire stay a unique experience. The food served was also comforting and excellent. All in all the stay was amazing and the experience was unique and fun filled. We would like to thank Mr.Obijh and Mr Maru for the hospitality they provided us with.

Loved, loved, loved this place!! The room and bathroom were so new and clean with modern furniture and facilities. The shower was powerful with warm water and there was a hair dryer provided. It was seriously the best place we have stayed in whilst travelling around India. I cannot stress enough how comfortable the bed was with clean white sheets and duvet, it was bliss! We stayed in January and it was so cold at night but the hotel already had a modern radiator heater in the room and it made the stay even more comfortable. It was a 10 min walk down a short road and across the street to the entrance of the fort, ideal for us away from the hustle and bustle with several cafes along the walk. They allowed us to leave our bags for a desert safari which was great, however, I had tied my straps a certain way and came back to see the bag had been opened. I checked that the valuables were still there and they were so thought nothing of it. The next hotel I got to i noticed a pair of jeans were missing. Absolutely no evidence it was there but I am pretty sure there is someone who is walking around with some new jeans on. The hotel is great, just take a padlock for your bag in case there is a worker who doesn’t reflect the standard of the hotel.
