Отель отличается достойным уровнем сервиса и комфортными условиями проживания, персонал в большинстве случаев проявляет вежливость и профессионализм. Отдельно хотелось бы отметить сотрудника службы приёма и размещения Ержана за его вежливость, отзывчивость и внимательное отношение к гостям. Его компетентность и готовность оперативно помочь существенно повысили комфорт пребывания👍Благодарю за достойный сервис

Вместе с тем, одна из сотрудниц общалась неохотно и отказала в выполнении нашей просьбы без подробных разъяснений, что несколько снизило общее впечатление от сервиса. Надеемся, что в дальнейшем уровень клиентского обслуживания будет более стабильным и ориентированным на гостей.
