Hyatt Centric Mountain View

Very nice and clean property. The beds were great for a good nights rest. I enjoyed the breakfast food at the restaurant as well.

Loved it! Beautiful hotel comfy stay

Problems started the moment we arrived. The only reason we booked here was because they had rooms with 2 queen beds. When we arrived we were told they had a problem with the HVAC in some rooms and all they had were king bed & sleeper couch. When we got to the room, there was zero bedding for the sleeper couch. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone handset did not work, forcing me to go back down to the front desk to request bedding. When I said the phone did not work, they said "that happens sometimes, just use the speakerphone". When housekeeping arrived to makeup the couch, we received a call from the front desk (I used the speakerphone) saying a noise complaint had been made. I said THEIR housekeeper was there making the bed and causing the noise!! Later we discovered the cold water tap was not working. The tap was mounting was loose, so i climbed under the sink and tightened it as best as I could and it mostly worked. I was not able to check my bill using the in-room TV - it just gave an error. We will NOT be back.

Our first room didn’t have a working AC. They attempted to fix (we left for a Giants game in San Fransisco), when we came back after they said it was working it was even hotter than when we left. Staff was great to get us another room with a working AC. Although the second room was much smaller and the door to the bathroom could barely be closed. It was extremely hard to pull shut. They didn’t offer anything off for the inconvenience of having to move all our stuff over to a new room at 11 at night.

An amazing stay at a gorgeous hotel. The location was nice, parking was handy, the rooms were clean and very nice. We ate in the restaurant for Happy Hour and the appetizers and the drinks were outstanding. Highly recommend!

Was close to Stanford Hospital where I was having surgery.

Stayed here for a short two day trip around Mountain View. The room was clean and the hotel is located in the heart of the area. Really convenient to surrounding south bay. The bed was comfortable and room was big.

We stayed here for an event at the Shoreline Amphitheatre and we will definitely be back. Clean, well-appointed rooms, nice comfortable beds, mini-fridge, keurig machine, Dry Bar hair dryer, fantastic bathroom. The staff was accommodating with our early check in request. Parking is a reasonable $20 and the surrounding area offers plenty of food options. In house restaurant is quite nice as well. Great stay.
