No hicieron limpieza de la habitación

La decoración y el ambiente , La manera de entrar rápido.

La tención de la persona que no estaba para atender , pero si me pideron que pagara los impuestos , aunque le avisé para que fuera y me dijera cuando iba a cobrarnos , no me dijo nada y me manadaro un correo para que pagará los impuesto s como si yo no lo hubera querido pagar, y no hicieron la limpieza de la habitación .

The property is located in the very center of the city. The room is equipped as described and matches the photos.

We had an issue with the toilet flush. The contact person only responded via SMS (before that I had called and sent messages through Booking, WhatsApp, etc.). The problem seemed to be fixed allby the time we returned to the room, but in the evening it stopped working properly again.

Great location and building. Wonderful restaurants nearby.

Veldig sentralt, koselig, rolig og fint.

Location was good as it is in the center of tourist area and most local locations can be reached within walking distance within 20-30 mins. Main station is within 15 mins. The room is big and away from the noises. The staff were excellent in helping us with any issues and upkeep communication and they were also super polite and helpful. We got lost in finding our way as Google map was a bit off in little lanes and they were very patient waiting for us.

We wished the bathroom has a fan to help clear the humidity after showering and that it would help to dry the clothes faster. The room was a bit stuffy for us, couldn't really open the window too often due to little mosquitoes/bugs/flies would enter the room since it seems like Italy does not use net/bug screens.

Excellent location right in the historical center of Sorrento and 10 mins walk from the train station. Room was very clean and the host was kind enough to let us leave our bags in the room before check in time.

Not really an issue for us but the door was not well isolated so it was pretty noisy when the neighbors would go back to their room - may be a problem for a light sleeper

La ubicación es excelente. La habitación es bonita y estaba limpia. Cuenta con máquina de café y té, muy útil. La chica ha sido muy amable y estaba pendiente de nuestras necesidades.

La propiedad muy reconfortable. Nos dejaron cápsulas para café y había pava eléctrica tmb. Todo muy bien !
