Good Room

Do not know … only slept reached late night. BUT … THE HEAD COOK NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE ROTI MAKING … also morning Uthappa was worst during breakfast. Thick Punjabi roti … dough has to be dense with minimum water—- heated in tandoori or oven gradually —- so that it cooks evenly all along thick ness. Also 2 nd time late night in room service I got was roti inside wet dough .. skin to black burnt. Same way UTTAPA was from dough very thin. As expected skin. Was cooked rest. Inside watery. All 5 star cooks usually fail … they should spend couple of months on a Dhaba

"First Visit to a Gujarati City"

On arrival the front security greeted us and escorted into HH Desk fir check in. Rishil very kindly checked us in. The Hotel staff are very friendly and always smiling. In the breakfast restaurant all staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Rakesh Patel, Ashraf Shekh and the entire team always greeted and welcomed us into the restaurant. The food was excellent and as we are vegetarian, plenty of North and South Indian vegetarian food choice.. Thank you Doubletree Ahmedabad for taking care of all our requests, truly appreciated 👏
